Hi,
I’m Laura, I love life and I live to EAT and look good while doing it!!! 😛 I am a newlywed and a busy teacher. The Hubs and I love to travel, try out new places to eat, and go to our usual local spots. This blog will explore local restaurants and some other good eats on our travels. With an insatiable appetite like mine for good food, drink and all around expensive taste (food and non-food items)(I’m surprised I’m not 300lbs!!!) I also have to work on finding the time to fit in some fitness (swimming, cycling, and running… and overall butt-kicking) to balance life out and of course staying stylish at the same time. So as I savor all that life has to offer whether it is off the menu or off the rack I hope you follow along and enjoy the ride!

Special SIDE-NOTE:

(I know my mom is the only one who reads this…) But if there is anyone else out there who does, this blog is not an online diary of my life… just small bits and pieces of what I CHOOSE to write about- whether it is food, fitness, clothes I bought on sale, or pictures of my pups (my life really isn’t that interesting). With that said, I live an average life as a wife, daughter, sister, friend, and teacher (those are the things that are most important to me) and contrary to what my mom thinks… I am NOT PERFECT and I am not trying to be.
